Admin Dashboard

The dashboard is the default landing page for your confluence locus. It gives you all the tools that you need to discover pages, resume work and quickly jump to the favorite spaces and pages. A whole list of modules categorized with sub headings directing to you the flow of usage of the product.

Teacher App

The Staff Dashboard reflects the respective staff’s Attendance, Students’ Attendance, Staff’s Performance detail, Fee Description, Holidays, Events, the Time Table, School Diary, Scheduled Syllabus for the whole session & the Upcoming Birthdays of Staff & Students.

Student App

The Student Dashboard reflects the respective Student’s Attendance detail, Student’s Performance detail based on exam, Fee Description, Holidays, Events, the Time Table, School Diary, the Scheduled Syllabus of the whole Session and the Upcoming Birthdays of all Staff & Students.

Parent App

The Parent Dashboard reflects the respective Student’s Attendance detail, Student’s Performance detail based on different exams, Fee Description, Holidays, Events, the Time Table, School Diary, the Scheduled Syllabus of the whole session & the Upcoming Birthdays of all Staff & Students. Switch to profiles of different students to view their records from a same Parent Dashboard.

Configuration

The module is helpful in major configuration for the academy with respect to Session, Class, Section, Attendance of both Staff and Students, Examination, Subjects, Fee, Syllabus, Holidays, Events, Configuration related to Students’ Performance Report etc. and all other Miscellaneous setups. It brings many different sub modules for master configuration under single heading and provides all the relevant data in one place.

Admission

The module manages the registration and admission process of students. It allows admission and registration manageable and removes complications arising from human errors.
Application : Admission of the students after approval or short listing.
Online Admission : Students can apply for admission online anywhere.
Direct Admission : This feature helps in direct admission of the students in the institution.
Import From Excel: Now the admission of the students has become more advanced and convenient which is easily carried by importing student data from excel file.

Attendance

Attendance section plays a vital role. Student’s attendance details act as a tool to identify irregularities in the academic interests of the student. Maintain the attendance record management of the students using two methods:
Daily Attendance : This feature helps to maintain the attendance record of the students on daily basis.
Periodic Attendance : This feature helps to maintain the attendance record of the students for multiple dates.

Fee Collection

Fee collection for any educational institution is one of the most vital features. Maintain the record of the fee collection with two methods:
Single Student Multiple Months : Maintain the fee records of particular student with respect to multiple months.
Bulk Fee Collection : Collect fees of multiple students for multiple months.

Examination

It provides all of the academic history of a student. It helps in noting down the scoring of each and every student. Management can also keep a track of every student’s progress through a year. Marks entry of the students is carried out using two processes:
Student Wise Marks Entry : Put the marks for all the subjects of a particular student individually.
Subject Wise Marks Entry : Put the marks for all the students for a particular subject.
